📞 Call (719) 470-9229Yes. Fence Pros coordinates with local utility companies to mark all underground utilities before we begin — including gas, power, electrical, telephone, and cable. This typically happens 1–14 days before installation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark private lines such as sprinkler lines, pool lines, or French drains. The customer is responsible for marking any private lines near the fence line before installation begins. Damage to these lines is not the responsibility of Fence Pros.
While rare, hard digging conditions like shale rock can add time and cost to post installation. If we encounter anything unexpected, we'll pause and consult with you before continuing — you'll never be surprised by a charge you didn't approve.
We respond to all quote requests within 24 hours. For most projects, we can schedule a site visit within a few days and provide a detailed written proposal within 48 hours of the visit.
Yes. We hold a Colorado state contractor license and carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We can provide proof of insurance and licensing on request.
