↔️
Slide Gates

The most common choice for residential driveways and commercial entrances. Slide gates roll parallel to the fence line, requiring no swing clearance — ideal for properties with limited space or sloped driveways. Available in chain link, ornamental, and custom panel configurations.

Residential & Commercial · Single or Dual Leaf · V-track or Cantilever

Swing Gates

Single or double swing gates offer a classic, architectural look for residential driveways and estate entrances. Require swing clearance in front of or behind the gate. Available in ornamental aluminum, wrought iron style, wood, and vinyl. Underground or post-mount operators available.

Single & Dual Leaf · Underground or Post-Mount Operator · Estate Style
🚧
Barrier Arm Gates

High-cycle barrier arm systems for parking lots, commercial facilities, and multi-tenant properties with high vehicle throughput. Fast operation, vehicle loop-detection compatible, and built for thousands of daily cycles.

🏘️
Pedestrian Gates

Automated swing or slide pedestrian gates for walkways, side entrances, and ADA-accessible entry points. Integrated with the same access control systems as your vehicle gate — keypad, fob, or intercom — for seamless property-wide control.

ADA-Compatible · Keypad or Fob · Coordinated with Vehicle Gate
🏗️
Commercial Slide & Security Gates

Heavy-duty commercial slide gates for industrial facilities, warehouses, construction yards, and security-critical installations. Reinforced posts, commercial-grade operators, and anti-climb options available.

Access Control Options

Choose How You Control Access

Every automated gate needs an access control system. We install the full range — from simple remotes to multi-user keypads and video intercom — and program everything before we leave.

📱

Remote & Key Fob

The simplest and most reliable option for residential use. Up to dozens of transmitters can be programmed to a single receiver. Add or remove users without rewiring.

🔢

Keypad Entry

Weatherproof keypad with single or multiple access codes. Ideal for properties with frequent visitors, service providers, or delivery access. Some models support time-based codes.

📹

Video Intercom

See and speak with visitors from anywhere — your phone, a wall panel, or a dedicated monitor. Integrated call-to-open allows remote gate release. Available in wired and wireless models.

🪪

Card & Credential Reader

Access card, key fob, or proximity badge readers for commercial properties, HOAs, and multi-tenant facilities. Easily manage access levels and audit entry logs.

🚗

Vehicle Loop Detection

In-ground or overhead loop sensors detect vehicles for safe automatic exit without a remote. Also prevents gate closure on a vehicle in the opening. Required on most commercial installations.

📲

Smart / App Control

Open and close your gate remotely from your smartphone. Monitor gate status, receive entry alerts, and manage users from anywhere. Compatible with select LiftMaster and other smart operators.

🔔

Telephone Entry

Visitors call a phone number from the entry panel and you grant access from any phone — no app required. Popular for apartment buildings, storage facilities, and rural commercial properties.

Solar Power Options

Solar-powered operators for properties without convenient electrical access at the gate location. Reliable in Colorado's sunny climate. Battery backup keeps the gate operational during outages.

Built for Any Property

For Homeowners

Your Home. Your Access. Your Control.

An automated gate is one of the most impactful upgrades you can make to your property — combining security, convenience, and curb appeal. Whether you're adding a driveway gate to a new cedar fence or retrofitting automation to an existing gate, we design a system that fits your home and lifestyle.

  • Residential driveway slide and swing gates
  • Estate-style ornamental entrances
  • Remote, keypad, and smartphone control
  • Video intercom to see visitors before opening
  • Coordinated with any fence style or material
  • Solar options for driveways without power access
For Businesses & Commercial Properties

Control Who Enters. Protect What Matters.

Commercial properties need access control that's reliable, scalable, and built for high-traffic use. We install commercial-grade automated gate systems for warehouses, industrial facilities, multifamily developments, HOAs, parking lots, and more — with the documentation your GC or property manager needs.

  • High-cycle commercial slide and barrier gates
  • Card reader, keypad, and telephone entry systems
  • Vehicle loop detection and safety sensors
  • Multi-user access control with credential management
  • Industrial-duty operators for heavy gates
  • Electrical coordination with your GC team

From Concept to Fully Operational

01

Site Assessment & Quote

We visit your property, assess the gate opening, driveway grade, and power availability, and discuss your access control needs. You receive a detailed written proposal covering the gate, operator, controls, and installation.

02

System Selection

We recommend the right gate type, operator brand, and access control options for your specific situation — balancing your security goals, daily traffic volume, aesthetics, and budget. No upselling, just the right system.

03

Installation

Our crew installs the gate, operator, posts, wiring, and all access control hardware. We coordinate electrical rough-in requirements with your electrician or GC as needed. Most installations complete in one day.

04

Programming & Handoff

Every remote, keypad, intercom, and sensor is programmed and tested before we leave. We walk you through operation, show you how to add and remove users, and leave you with documentation on your system.

Everything Included, Nothing Overlooked

Design That Fits Your Property

No two gate installations are identical. Your driveway grade affects which operator and gate type works best. Your power access determines whether a standard 120V operator or a solar system makes more sense. Your daily traffic volume — whether it's a private residence with occasional visitors or a commercial facility with dozens of vehicles per hour — drives the duty cycle and operator spec.

We assess all of this before recommending anything. The result is a system that works correctly under your actual conditions — not just on paper.

Colorado-Rated Components

Colorado's freeze-thaw cycle, temperature swings, and occasional heavy snow loads affect automated gate systems in ways that matter. We spec operators and hardware rated for cold-weather operation, use grease and lubricants that don't congeal in winter temperatures, and set up heater kits for control boards when conditions call for it. Your gate will operate in January just as reliably as in July.

Most operators require a 120V power outlet near the gate. If you don't have power at the gate location, you'll need an electrician to run a circuit — we can coordinate that alongside our installation. If running power isn't practical, we can spec a solar-powered operator with battery backup, which works extremely well in Colorado's sunny climate.

Yes — if it's specified and installed correctly. We use cold-weather rated operators, apply lubricants designed for low-temperature operation, and install control board heater kits on installations that will see extreme cold. Slide gates on v-track require periodic snow and ice clearing at the track, which we discuss at installation. We've been installing gates in Southern Colorado since 2018 and spec our systems for the climate.

It depends on your driveway layout. Slide gates work well on level or gently sloped driveways and require space along the fence line for the gate to travel. Swing gates need clearance in front of or behind the gate — the full gate width. If your driveway slopes up or down significantly at the gate, slide is usually the better choice. We assess this during the site visit and make a clear recommendation.

Most residential operators support 20–100 remote transmitters. Commercial-grade systems can support hundreds of credentials. For properties where multiple people need regular access — family members, housekeepers, contractors — keypad or card reader systems are often more practical than managing individual remotes. We'll help you choose the right access control setup for your situation.

Often yes — but it depends on the existing gate's construction, weight, and condition. We assess the existing gate to determine whether it can support an operator, whether the posts and hardware are adequate, and whether the gate opens and closes freely. If the existing gate needs reinforcement or adjustment before adding automation, we'll include that in the quote. It's frequently more cost-effective than installing a new gate entirely.

All operators include a manual release that allows the gate to be opened by hand during a power outage. Most systems also have a battery backup that keeps the gate operational for a limited number of cycles after power loss. For properties where uninterrupted operation is critical, we can discuss backup power options during the design phase.
